People Leadership & Institutional Development\nAttract, mentor, and retain high-quality faculty and senior leadership talent.\nPromote a culture of academic freedom, innovation, inclusivity, and continuous improvement.\nOversee leadership development, succession planning, and capacity building across the university.\n6.
