We are providing a full-stack solution that includes high-quality EPC services and seamless financing. As we expand our footprint, we are looking for high-energy State Heads to build our franchise network and drive direct-to-customer solar adoption.\n\nThe Role\nAs a State Head, you will be the face of Aerem in your area.

Your mission is two-fold: identifying and onboarding EPC Franchise Partners and driving direct sales to MSME clients . You will bridge the gap between technical electrical feasibility and financial viability.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nFranchise Network Development: Identify, vet, and onboard local EPC players as Aerem Franchise Partners. Train and manage them to ensure quality delivery and brand alignment.\nMSME Direct Sales: Prospect and engage with MSME owners (factories, cold storages, warehouses) to pitch end-to-end solar solutions.\nTechnical Solutioning: Along with Franchise partners conduct detailed site surveys to assess shadow-free areas, roof strength, and electrical infrastructure.

Prepare preliminary solar designs and generation estimates.\nFinancial Consulting: Leverage Aerem’s unique financing platform to provide customers with ROI calculations, payback periods, and EMI structures.\nLiaison & Execution: Coordinate between the customer, the franchise partner, and Aerem’s internal credit/operations teams to ensure smooth project commissioning.\nMarket Intelligence: Track state-specific solar policies (net metering, subsidies) in AP/Telangana, Gujarat, or UP to provide accurate advice to clients.\n\nWhat We Are Looking For\nEducation: B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering is mandatory.\nExperience: 3–5 years of experience in the solar industry, preferably in EPC or rooftop sales.\nTechnical Skills: Strong understanding of solar PV systems, inverters, SLDs, and net-metering.
