Project Manager Civil

Job Purpose

To manage design, estimation, and execution of industrial projects for seed industry plants, ensuring timely completion, cost control, and quality compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review CAD drawings (layouts, modifications, as-built drawings).
• Prepare BOQs, quantification, and estimates for projects.
• Verify site measurements and contractor bills.
• Maintain working knowledge of market rates for materials and works.
• Manage end to end project execution across multiple plant locations.
• Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to standards.
• Monitor project timelines, costs, and progress.

Experience & Skills Required

• Minimum 5 years of site experience in industrial projects.
• Strong industrial project exposure (seed / agro / manufacturing preferred).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD / CAD software (valid license mandatory).
• Experience in BOQ preparation, quantification, and rate analysis.
• Ability to handle multiple sites.

Travel Requirement

• Should travel when and where required across India for project execution and stay at sites as per company needs.

Education

• Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, or related engineering discipline.
