About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced SAP BW/4HANA Technical Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and Embedded Analytics. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in data modeling, data extraction, CDS View development, analytics architecture, and SAP reporting solutions. This role offers the opportunity to work on enterprise-scale SAP data and analytics transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

SAP BW/4HANA & Data Modeling

• Design and develop BW/4HANA data models using Composite Providers, Advanced DSOs (ADSOs), and Open ODS Views.
• Build and optimize end-to-end data flows, including Extractors, DTPs, Transformations, Process Chains, and Open Hub integrations.
• Develop scalable and high-performance data warehousing solutions.
• Implement data extraction and replication strategies from SAP S/4HANA.

SAP S/4HANA & Embedded Analytics

• Develop and enhance SAP CDS Views for analytical consumption in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and Fiori applications.
• Assess and recommend standard SAP content versus custom CDS View development.
• Design embedded analytics solutions leveraging SAP S/4HANA capabilities.

SAP Datasphere

• Design and implement data integration and replication solutions using SAP Datasphere.
• Evaluate standard replication functionalities and determine the need for custom development.
• Support enterprise data modeling and data virtualization requirements.

SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

• Design, develop, and deploy SAC Stories and Analytical Applications.
• Define and implement SAC deployment architecture across development, testing, and production environments.
• Configure and manage SAC security, including folder-level, dataset-level, and row-level access controls.
• Establish connectivity between SAC, SAP S/4HANA, Datasphere, and external data sources.

Analytics for Office (AFO)

• Design and implement SAP Analytics for Office reporting solutions.
• Build and maintain AFO landscapes across DEV, UAT, and PROD environments.
• Configure and optimize connectivity with SAP S/4HANA and Datasphere.

Security & Architecture

• Architect and implement integrated SAP analytics security solutions across SAC, AFO, BW/4HANA, and Datasphere.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise security and governance standards.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5–8 years of experience in SAP BW/4HANA, BW on HANA, or SAP Datasphere.
• Strong expertise in BW modeling using Composite Providers, ADSOs, and Open ODS Views.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA as a source system across multiple business domains.
• Experience developing CDS Views for Embedded Analytics, SAC, and Fiori.
• Strong knowledge of BEx Query development and BW reporting concepts.
• Experience in SAP BW extraction, transformation, and data loading processes.
• Proficiency in SQL and Advanced SQLScript (AMDP).
• Working knowledge of ABAP development.
• Experience implementing and supporting at least two end-to-end SAP Analytics projects involving:
• BW/4HANA / BW on HANA / Datasphere
• SAP Analytics Cloud (Story or Application Designer)
• Embedded Analytics using CDS Views

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP Fiori applications and analytics consumption.
• Exposure to enterprise analytics architecture and security design.
• Experience in large-scale SAP transformation or cloud migration programs.
• SAP certification in BW/4HANA, SAC, Datasphere, or S/4HANA Analytics is a plus.
