Job Description
This role requires exceptional communication skills and a confident, stakeholder‑facing presence. Skills include, not limited to:\n\nDashboard Development & Advanced Analytics\nDevelop, publish, and maintain Power BI dashboards end‑to‑end with optimized data models and intuitive visual storytelling\nCreate advanced DAX measures, build robust semantic models, and ensure high performance, accuracy and consistency\nImplement role‑based views, drill‑downs, and dynamic visualizations that support executive decision-making\nData Automation, Processing & Interpretive Analysis\nUse Python (and Excel where required) to automate data ingestion, cleaning, transformation, and analytical workflow.\nApply strong data handling skills to work confidently with large, complex datasets from multiple source.\nInterpret analytical output to provide clear, meaningful, actionable insights rather than just reports or data dump.\nInsight Generation, Hypothesis Testing & Scenario Modelling\nAnalyse datasets deeply to uncover trends, variances, anomalies, and business drivers that support data‑backed decision\nConduct hypothesis testing, build simulation models, and perform what‑if analyses to evaluate future‑state scenarios and their business implications\nCreate predictive or scenario‑based dashboards enabling leadership to proactively plan, mitigate risks, and optimize outcomes\nDevelop frameworks linking insights directly to internal processes, KPIs, and business impac\nInterpretation of results and collaboratios\nTranslate analytical findings into structured business narratives, recommendations, and decision-ready insights\nCollaborate closely with cross‑functional stakeholders to understand problems, refine requirements, and design relevant analytical solutions\nContinuously evolve dashboards, models, and insights in alignment with changing business needs\nStakeholder Managemen\nCommunicate complex data themes in a simple, crisp, and compelling format to senior management\nDemonstrate strong presentation skills and a polished, credible, professional outlook\nBuild trust with stakeholders, influence decisions, and drive adoption of analytics and dashboards across teams\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\nStrong hands‑o n proficiency with Power BI, DAX, and data modelling\nExperience automating data workflows and performing analytics using BI/Excel /Python\nStrong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret results and convert them into actionable recommendation\nProficiency in Excel for advanced analysis and supporting workflows.\nExperience with simulation techniques, scenario building, or hypothesis-based problem solving (preferred)\nExcellent communication skills with a presentable and confident stakeholder-facing presence\nStrong problem-solving skills, eye for detail, and ability to work independently\n\nGood to Have\n\nKnowledge of SQL, R, Python, or other ETL tool\nExperience with delivering analytics solutions in corporate environment\nExposure to statistical modelling, forecasting or operations research
