Job Description
- Asst Manager (in house Architect)
Qualification -BArch
Experience 4-6 years in a reputed company
Exposure must have exposure to interiors designing of Residential and Commercial spaces.
CTC: 15-18 Lakhs
Role:
Prepare and review architectural concepts, layouts, drawings, and BOQs for new facilities, expansions, renovations, and interior projects.
Translate business and operational requirements into functional, cost‑effective, and compliant architectural designs.
Ensure designs adhere to Pidilite standards, brand guidelines, and space optimization principles.
Coordinate with civil, structural, MEP, EHS, and process teams for integrated project execution.
Liaise with external consultants, architects, PMC agencies, and contractors.
Monitor project progress to ensure timely delivery within approved cost, scope, and quality.
