Location: Full-Time | Remote (Work From Home)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Lead Generation Manager to drive, scale, and manage end-to-end lead generation operations across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other digital/social media platforms, while also leading a team of lead generation executives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute multi-channel lead generation strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant social platforms
- Identify, test, and implement new lead generation channels including paid ads, organic content, email marketing, SEO/SEM, webinars, referral programs, and influencer collaborations
- Build, manage, and continuously optimize a strong pipeline of qualified leads for the sales team
- Plan, execute, and monitor paid campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads) to maximize ROI and minimize cost-per-lead
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and similar tools for targeted prospecting and outreach
- Work closely with the content and design teams to create lead magnets, landing pages, ad creatives, and email campaigns
- Manage and optimize CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) for lead tracking, scoring, and nurturing
- Set up automated lead nurturing workflows and follow-up sequences
- Track, analyze, and report on key metrics: lead volume, cost per lead, conversion rates, channel-wise ROI, and campaign performance
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure lead quality, smooth handover, and feedback loop for continuous improvement
- Stay updated on platform algorithm changes, emerging tools, and industry trends to keep strategies effective
- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and freelancers as required
Team Handling Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of lead generation executives/associates
- Assign daily/weekly/monthly targets and monitor individual and team performance
- Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and skill-development initiatives
- Set KPIs/KRAs for team members and conduct periodic performance reviews
- Foster a collaborative, target-driven team culture
- Handle team scheduling, workload distribution, and resource planning
- Recruit, onboard, and train new team members as the team scales
- Act as a point of escalation for team-related issues and resolve conflicts effectively
- Report team performance and progress to senior management
Required Skills & Experience:
- 10–15 years of overall experience in lead generation/digital marketing, with at least 3–5 years in a team handling/managerial role
- Hands-on expertise with LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other social platforms for B2B/B2C lead generation
- Strong command of CRM and marketing automation tools
- Proven experience managing paid social/digital ad campaigns
- Strong analytical and reporting skills (Excel/Google Sheets, dashboards)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and people-management skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under targets/deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Digital marketing certifications (Google, Meta, HubSpot, LinkedIn) preferred
- Prior experience in [industry – fill in] preferred
Compensation: Up to ₹12,00,000 per annum, based on experience and fit.
