We are looking for an Occupational Therapist with 2+ years of experience who is passionate about improving the daily functioning, independence, and quality of life of individuals navigating mental health challenges.

What you'll do:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical, cognitive, emotional, and psychosocial functioning

• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans

• Deliver one-on-one and group therapy interventions

• Support patients with life skills training, emotional regulation, and community reintegration

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals

• Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate clinical documentation

• Educate families and caregivers to support long-term recovery

What we're looking for:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent

• 2+ years of relevant clinical experience

• Strong therapeutic, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Experience in mental healthcare settings preferred

• AIOTA membership is an added advantage
