Role :-Sales - Team lead

Shift Timing:- 4pm - 1am (International Shift)

Location: Bangalore

Years of experience: Minimum 5 years of B2C Inside Sales experience. 2 year of team handling experience. International Experience Mandatory


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Accountable to drive sales with a revenue target individually and by leading a sales team.
  • Ensuring measurement of right conversion metrics with accuracy.
  • Owning the complete sales closing life cycle for leads assigned to the team. This includes lead allocation, lead analysis, lead management, lead status update, lead to learner closure.
  • Maintaining a constant communication channel with business and providing valuable insights into how to better the current process and implementing tangible action items.
  • Driving sales initiatives for process improvement.
  • Building a culture that helps the team to thrive along with month-on-month business growth.
  • Should have a data driven approach to running business with ability to pull out and summarise complex reports from CRM.
  • Handling the final sale by initiating down payment discussion and closing the sale with high ticket size.

  • Must be a team player with the ability to lead a team, prioritize tasks, and meet targets/deadlines
  • Working proficiency in MS Excel & CRM is preferable
