We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Application Specialist support our ENT & Sleep Division team.
About the Role:
As a Clinical Application Specialist, you will play a vital role in driving clinical adoption of ENT surgical devices across leading hospitals and surgical centres. You will provide in-theatre support, training, and technical expertise to healthcare professionals, ensuring safe and effective use of our innovative solutions while working closely with the sales team to grow our business footprint. Need to support the Sleep Apnea Therapy portfolios.
Clinical & Technical Support
- Provide in-theatre/OT support for ENT surgeons, ensuring correct usage of products (shavers, blades, coblation).
- Conduct clinical demonstrations, workshops, and proctoring sessions during product evaluations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for surgeons, nurses, and staff on product usage and troubleshooting.
- Ensure safe and effective product usage through clinical follow-ups and timely support.
- Lead & Manage the Sleep Apnea Therapy portfolios, providing clinical and technical support
Training & Education
- Train surgeons, OT staff, and nurses on product features and best practices.
- Deliver engaging presentations, training modules, and workshops.
- Support Key Opinion Leader (KOL) development and facilitate surgeon-to-surgeon learning initiatives.
- Support product launches , the trainings, trials, and educational initiatives across hospitals, sleep labs, and homecare settings for Sleep Division.
Collaboration with Commercial Team
- Partner with sales teams to execute evaluations and secure adoption.
- Provide clinical input for tenders, product launches, and strategic projects.
- Capture surgeon feedback and share insights with marketing and product teams.
- Manage strong relationships with KOLs, pulmonologists, sleep physicians, ENT specialists, and respiratory therapists
Compliance & Reporting
- Maintain accurate clinical records, evaluations, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.
- Contribute to Post-Market Surveillance (PMS) and documentation requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy ,Nursing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in clinical support (ENT / Surgical Devices/ Sleep Division) or a practicing nurse eager to transition into the medical devices industry.
- Prior experience supporting ENT procedures preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills; proficiency in English
- Willingness to work in OT environments
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel regionally as needed.
