Oracle Engagement Cloud / OEC Consultant

Job Summary: Apex IT India is seeking an Oracle Engagement Cloud consultant with Redwood (NGS) user experience. Candidates should be team players willing to cross-train and obtain certifications.\n\nDuties/Responsibilities:\nDesigning the application using Redwood and modifying the Redwood pages.\nImplement Oracle Engagement Cloud per the design provided by the Team Leader.\nOwn development responsibility from definition through delivery.\nExhibit strong design and development skills.\nAdapt to creating business process models based on client requirements.\nOrientation to contribute both as a mentor and an individual contributor.\nStrong troubleshooting and groovy coding skills.\n\nCompetency (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):\n4+ years of experience implementing ‘Oracle Engagement Cloud’ / ‘Oracle Sales Cloud’ CRM systems.\nExperience implementing all CX UIs (Web, Outlook, Mobile) with some experience implementing Redwood UI, including a responsive UI and Visual builder.\nExperience/knowledge of functional modules like Sales Planning and Forecasting, Engagement Cloud Service Request functionalities, Sales Territories, Fusion CRM BI/Dashboards/KPIs, Mobile and Outlook integration, and File Import.\nGood experience in visual builder in creating Extensions, Action chains, Event Listeners, JSON, and JavaScript.\nCertification in Oracle Redwood Development is a great plus.\nExperience with any other Oracle cloud like CPQ, or OIC is an added advantage.\nStrong programming skills and the ability to review complex code bases others write.\nExcellent problem-solving skills.\nAbility to research, follow up, and resolve complex problems.\nAbility to understand, analyze, and solve explicit and implicit requirements.
