Our Mumbai office has an expansive portfolio spanning multiple digital first OTT campaigns across different Indian languages, and high- profile theatrical, Static and ed-tech campaigns as well as content production.
White Turtle Studios, A Trailer Park Group Company, is looking for an experienced and skilled member to join our Content Operations team based in Mumbai.
We create and produce some of the world's most recognizable key art for film, TV/streaming and home media clients. We have built a great reputation on award-winning creative, great service, and a fun and energetic culture—and we may be looking for you to join us as we build our team in Mumbai.
Content Management: -
Upload and download content accurately as per project requirements and content requests.
Ensure all content-related tasks are completed smoothly, on time, and as per the quality of Studio standards.
Data Management and Storage: -
Work daily on the given task for the backup of storage systems efficiently.
Collect and organise relevant data to prepare the asset & Data report.
Image Shortlisting: -
Assist in the shortlisting of images from raw shoot files, aligning with project requirements applicable in the creative Studio.
Coordination: -
Follow up regularly with the team on assigned tasks and ensure all content requirements, updates, and deliverables are completed accurately and within agreed timelines.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in Data or Content Management, preferably in a production house & creative Studio
Be willing to learn and adapt to new Data Operations processes and responsibilities
Stay attentive to all content upload and download activities to ensure smooth operations.
Open to suggestions and committed to developing new skills as advised for continuous self-improvement.
Familiarity with Box link (Amazon CMS) , Microsoft OneDrive , Google Drive & Slack.
Having a clear understanding of handling HARD-DRIVE for data collection and storage maintenance.
Knowledge of working and operating Windows & Mac Devices PC.
Basic knowledge of working with MS-Excel.
Daily tasks need to be maintained on the Excel sheet.
Ability to communicate generously and effectively with clients and stakeholders.
Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
ADD ON EXPERTISE
Basic knowledge of audio and video file formats & editing will be an added advantage.
A basic understanding of how production houses and creative studios operate will be an added advantage.
