Senior AI/ML Engineer

We are hiring a Senior AI/ML Engineer with strong expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, and production-grade AI systems. The role involves building scalable GenAI applications, multi-agent systems, RAG pipelines, and enterprise AI platforms.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy GenAI/LLM applications using GPT, Claude, Gemini, and open-source models
• Build multi-agent workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen
• Implement RAG/Graph RAG pipelines with vector databases like Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, pgvector
• Work on prompt engineering, fine-tuning (LoRA/QLoRA), embeddings, and LLM optimization
• Build end-to-end ML/LLMOps pipelines including evaluation, monitoring, observability, and CI/CD
• Deploy AI solutions on AWS/Azure using Docker & Kubernetes
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, and data scientists to deliver enterprise AI solutions
• Mentor junior engineers and participate in design/code reviews

Required Skills

• Strong Python programming with PyTorch/TensorFlow
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, OpenAI APIs, Hugging Face, RAG pipelines
• Experience with vector databases, LLMOps, and AI observability tools
• Cloud expertise in AWS or Azure
• Docker, Kubernetes, FastAPI , SQL, Git
• Strong understanding of transformer architectures and NLP concepts

Preferred Skills

• Experience with additional AI frameworks and tools
• Knowledge of advanced machine learning techniques
