Job Description
The Civil 3D/Microstation/Openroads Designer I, II, III will work on various land development projects with responsibilities including designing, planning, and managing stormwater systems. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and efficient engineering solutions aligned with project goals.\n\nResponsibilities:\nPrepare land development & site civil construction drawings/documents (roads, utilities, grading, drainage, erosion control)\nAssist in zoning, preliminary, and concept land development plans\nWork on site grading, stormwater management, and safety design under senior guidance\nDraft soil erosion & sediment control plans (BMPs, swales, spillways, sequences)\nPrepare water, sewer, utility plans per U.S.
local agency requirements\nResearch standards/codes and respond to agency review comments\nCollaborate with senior engineers, project managers, and multidisciplinary teams\n\nRequirements:\nBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. Education in United States strongly preferred.\n1–5 years of civil land planning and engineering experience\nProficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D and/or Bentley MicroStation and/or Bentley OpenRoads\nStrong English communication (verbal & written)\nSelf-motivated, detail-oriented, strong organizational skills\nExperience with U.S. or Maryland land development projects (preferred, not required)
