Position Summary
In search of a highly qualified, motivated self-starter to join our rapidly growing company. Reporting the Treasury Operations Supervisor, the Treasury Associate will process daily bank files related to our payroll operations timely and accurately and will fix unresolved discrepancies. As part of a rapidly growing organization, the candidate will need to navigate increasing complexities while achieving greater efficiencies and value-added work.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles.
- Work cases related to bank files and employee transactions.
- Handles incoming employee/client calls regarding banking.
- Records day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Work as a team to process daily positive pay and direct deposit files including recording control totals, bank confirms and confirming amounts daily for each transaction.
- Research and process exceptions, stop payments, direct deposit traces, check voids and reissues.
- Process requests that come through a distribution inbox to meet department service level agreements.
- Initiate and/or approve bank transactions such as wire transfers
- Support integration of new Division Partners
- Ensure proper controls are maintained
- Participate in continuous improvement activities for operational processes
- Work internal Queue to ensure items are being handled promptly and appropriately
- Process and record reverse wires for client collection transactions.
- Record ACH returns to ensure notification of change and ACH returns are updated timely.
- Adherence to all Vensure Compliance and NACHA/Banking Compliance.

Required Education & Experience
- High school diploma or GED equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
- 2 years with Associate degree; or 4 years’ experience.
- Equivalent combination of experience, skills, education (including other relevant non-traditional degree programs, certifications, or job training programs) preferred.
