Our dynamic environment attracts top-notch employees who enjoy being at the cutting edge and seeing every day how their work makes a difference.\n\nJob Responsibilities\nPerform (as part of a team) financial due diligence for clients acquiring businesses\nIdentify and analyze business and financial risks and opportunities while advising both strategic and private equity buyers & sellers on alternative strategies for acquisition, disposition, and restructuring of businesses\nAggregate, refine, and analyze target company data to identify historical and projected financial and operating trends, quality of earnings, and working capital considerations\nWork on multiple projects of varying size and complexity\nParticipate in client meetings while interacting with top-level management to obtain pertinent information for financial analysis\n\nRequirements for Successful Candidate\nCA or CPA(US) certifications with a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; CFA(US) Level I or II would be an added advantage\n4+ years of experience in transaction advisory services, preferably involving financial due diligence\nExceptional professional communication skills, both verbal and written, with clients including C-level executives\nStrong current knowledge of U.S. GAAP, familiarity of the M&A process and market\nStrong project management capabilities\nAbility to flourish and be effective in fast-paced settings\nFlexibility to work as a team member and as a single contributor\nProficiency in Microsoft Suite
