Actuarial role focused on pricing and quotation development across specialized insurance segments including affinity, parametric, government health, cattle, and crop insurance. The role requires strong actuarial expertise, analytical capability, and leadership to drive innovation in pricing models and benefit design.

Location - Bengaluru.

Your Future Employer - A leading insurance organization working on advanced and emerging insurance solutions across health, agriculture, and government-linked programs, with a strong focus on data-driven pricing innovation and risk analytics.

Responsibilities -

• Lead actuarial pricing and quotation development for affinity, parametric, and government-linked insurance proposals.
• Design and validate pricing models using environmental and agricultural indices such as AQI, rainfall, and temperature.
• Monitor portfolio performance and implement corrective actions to improve profitability and risk outcomes.
• Mentor and guide junior actuarial professionals, fostering analytical excellence and capability building.
• Contribute to broader actuarial initiatives including product development and pricing enhancements.

Requirements -

• Minimum 5 years of actuarial experience across diverse insurance lines in the Indian market.
• Preferably Associate or Fellow level in actuarial profession.
• Strong experience in health pricing and affinity pricing (preferably from SAHI companies).
• Advanced actuarial modeling and statistical analysis skills.
• Strong understanding of agricultural, parametric, and health insurance domains.
