About the Role



We are looking for a highly business-oriented Revenue Operations, Collections & FP&A Associate who can operate at the intersection of Business, Finance, Customers, and Delivery teams. This is not a backend finance or reporting-only role. The role requires someone who can proactively manage customer renewals, drive revenue operations processes, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, support forecasting, and ensure smooth revenue realization across the customer lifecycle.



The ideal candidate should be comfortable operating in ambiguity, managing escalations, driving follow-through, and partnering closely with business teams to improve operational and revenue visibility.



Responsibilities



  • Revenue Management
  • Manage timely invoicing, accurate revenue reporting, and drive on-time collections to reduce DSO.
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth end-to-end revenue processes across the customer lifecycle.
  • Improve operational visibility across revenue workflows and flag risks early.
  • Own the renewals calendar — proactively track and drive annual renewals to closure well ahead of expiry.
  • Lead customer-facing conversations on billing disputes, overdue invoices, and payment timelines.
  • Escalate and resolve blockers across internal teams (Legal, Delivery, and Finance) that impede collections.
  • Maintain aging reports and ensure collection hygiene across the customer base.
  • Onboard the prospective customers by compiling the various compliances.
  • FP&A & Financial Modeling
  • Build and maintain financial models covering revenue, operating costs, and cash projections.
  • Own the monthly and quarterly forecast cycle, tracking actuals vs. forecast and explaining variances.
  • Partner with business teams to pressure-test assumptions and arrive at accurate, grounded projections.
  • Support annual planning and budgeting with bottom-up models linked to business strategy.
  • Support to build the various financial reports for the due diligence and funding.


Qualifications



  • 4 – 6 years of experience in Business Finance or FP&A teams with experience in handling revenue operations and financial modeling.
  • Understands business operations beyond finance and exhibits forecasting and operational thinking.
  • Drive proactive renewal and revenue operations management with exposure to contracts, MSAs, SOWs, and commercial processes.
  • Experience supporting and bringing structure to forecasting or revenue planning activities.
  • Communicates confidently with customers and improves coordination across business, finance, and delivery teams.
  • Balances process discipline with business judgment and understands escalation management.
