Admissions Counsellor

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admissions Counsellor located in Pune City. The Admissions Counsellor will be responsible for providing guidance and support to prospective students through the admissions process. Tasks will include counseling students and their families, managing inquiries, coordinating with educational institutions, and ensuring a smooth admission experience. The role also involves maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders and conducting follow-ups to address applicants' needs and questions.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills
• Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with students and families
• Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple inquiries and tasks
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
• A positive attitude with the ability to adapt and solve problems effectively
• Customer-focused approach and empathetic listening skills
• Formal education in Counseling, Psychology, Education, or related fields is a plus
• Experience in the education sector or admissions process is highly desirable
