Hiring: SEO Lead / Project Manager (Organic Growth Owner)

Be hands-on with SEO & lead strategy

Work directly with clients & drive outcomes

We’re in a high-growth phase, building a strong organic growth engine for MSMEs (₹5–25 Cr businesses).

What You’ll Do:

• Drive SEO across On-page, Off-page & Technical

• Work on GEO (AI search) & AEO (answer engines)

• Own Local SEO & Google Business Profile growth

• Build content strategy (clusters, blogs, landing pages)

• Manage execution across content, design & dev teams

• Lead client calls & strategy discussions

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–4 yrs in SEO (agency preferred)

• Strong hands-on experience (this is not a manager-only role)

• Comfortable with client interaction

• Understands SEO beyond rankings → leads & business impact
