The ideal candidate should understand various technology roles and present candidate experience effectively according to US job market standards.\n\nKey Responsibilities Create ATS-friendly resumes for IT professionals.\nWork on profiles including:\nSoftware Development Engineer (SDE)\nData Analyst (DA)\nData Engineer (DE)\nFinancial Analyst (FA)\nBusiness Analyst (BA)\nAI/ML Engineer\nProduct Manager\nCybersecurity Analyst\nIT Support and other Technology Roles\nCustomize resumes based on client job descriptions.\nOptimize LinkedIn profiles and professional summaries.\nConduct Resume Understanding Sessions (RUS) with candidates.\nHighlight technical skills, projects, achievements, and domain expertise effectively.\nEnsure resumes meet US market standards and ATS requirements.\nMaintain quality, accuracy, and consistency across all candidate documents.\nCollaborate with recruiters, technical experts, and operations teams.\n\nRequired Skills Excellent English writing and communication skills.\nStrong understanding of IT technologies and job roles.\nKnowledge of ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).\nAbility to interpret job descriptions and align resumes accordingly.\nStrong attention to detail and formatting skills.\nProficiency in MS Word, Google Docs, and basic Excel.\nExperience with LinkedIn profile optimization will be an added advantage.\n\nPreferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.\nExperience in Resume Writing, Technical Content Writing, Recruitment, or Career Services.\nUnderstanding of the US IT Staffing and Recruitment industry is preferred.\n\nWhy Join Us?
