Position: Customer Success Specialist\nLocation: Ahmedabad, Prahlad Nagar\n️ Working Days: 6 days, Sat & Sun - working, 1 week off between Mon-Fri\nExperience Required: 1-3 years.\nClient: India's First toy Library Brand\nSalary: Upto 6 LPA\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\nClient Relationship Management\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication.\nUnderstand client goals, expectations, and requirements.\nAct as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.\nCustomer Success & Support\nEnsure clients receive timely updates and support throughout project execution.\nResolve client concerns and coordinate internally for quick solutions.\nMaintain high customer satisfaction and retention rates.\n\nCoordination & Communication\nCollaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely deliveries.\nFollow up on ongoing tasks, deliverables, and client feedback.\nMaintain proper communication records and reports.\nProcess & Reporting\nTrack client interactions, project status, and escalation points.\nPrepare weekly/monthly customer success reports.\nIdentify improvement opportunities in customer experience processes.\n\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nStrong interpersonal and relationship management abilities.\nAbility to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.\nProblem-solving mindset with attention to detail.\nGood organizational and coordination skills.\nProficiency in Google Workspace, Excel, and CRM tools is preferred.
