You bring 7-10 years of experience creating compelling collections from concept to runway-ready execution. You possess an instinctive understanding of fabric, silhouette, craftsmanship, and modern luxury, combined with outstanding illustration skills and fluency in contemporary design technologies, including AI-powered creative tools.
Beyond design, you are a leader. Fast-thinking, decisive, and highly organized, you inspire teams, mentor talent, manage timelines relentlessly, and collaborate seamlessly across development, sampling, production, and sourcing.
