In this role, you will manage end-to-end software implementation processes, collaborate with clients to gather requirements, configure the platform to meet client-specific needs, and provide training and support to ensure successful adoption.

You will address client inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize the client onboarding experience and ensure customer satisfaction.\n\nQualifications\nStrong Analytical Skills for data interpretation, problem-solving, and system configuration\nExpertise in Software Implementation and proficiency with related tools and technologies\nExcellent Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging with clients effectively\nProven ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction and build strong client relationships\nExperience in HR or Total Rewards platforms and background in SaaS implementation is a plus\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Human Resources, or a related field\nAbility to work in a cross-functional team environment with a solution-oriented mindset
