The Job: To lead the team in planning and producing world class celebrations and weddings for HNI and corporate houses from across the world.\n\nEducational Qualification: Postgraduate. Preferably with a Hospitality Background.\n\nWork Experience: 8+ years of experience in the Weddings/ Live Entertainment /Hospitality Industry managing social events.\n\nThe Job Responsibility:\nPossess an understanding of luxury and have a strong sense of international and Indian aesthetics in the weddings and events business\nIn depth knowledge of the weddings and social events industry and current on goings in the Indian and global wedding scenario.\nHave an eye for detail during planning as well as execution and ensure all clients requirements are met and exceeded\nMust have the ability to lead a team of 10 or more planners, designers and production crew and exhibit leadership through setting a living example\nHave the ability to expand and develop the client and vendors database through networks of her/his own\nHave exposure as well as experience in developing new business\nAbility to plan and execute all the stages of a wedding starting from the business development stage, to pitching, budgeting, closures, planning, designing and producing.\nMust be able to take on brand custodianship. Possess the ability to build social media platforms and further PR links across media houses and online weddings & social event platforms.\nMust be able to build, manage and retain high performing teams.\n\nDesired Skills:\nExcellent communication skills: Hindi and English\nBe extremely well groomed at all times\nLeadership by inspiration\nBuilding a high-performance team\nIndustry Knowledge
