Business Systems, ERP & AI Strategy Lead

Role Overview:\nWe are looking for a high-agency, tech-savvy operator to design, implement, and\nscale our ERP, data, and AI-driven operating ecosystem end-to-end. This role sits at the intersection\nof business strategy, operations, and technology—ensuring every workflow (sales to delivery to\naccounting) is integrated, automated, and decision-ready.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\na) ERP & Systems Architecture\n• Design and implement a fully integrated ERP ecosystem across CRM, project management,\naccounting, and HR systems.\n• Ensure seamless, end-to-end data flow without manual intervention.\nb) Business Process Transformation\n• Map and redesign workflows across sales, execution, billing, and collections\n• Eliminate inefficiencies and embed SOPs into systems for scale\nc) Data Automation & AI Layer\n• Build a single source of truth with real-time dashboards and KPIs (revenue, profitability, utilization,\ncash flow)\n• Leverage automation, APIs, and AI tools to eliminate manual reporting and documentation\n• Deploy AI copilots and intelligent workflows to enhance decision-making and team productivity\n• Integrate AI into core systems to enable predictive insights and faster execution\nd) Tech Implementation & Ownership\n• Act as the internal product owner for all systems and tools\n• Work with vendors, developers, and internal teams to implement and optimize solutions\n\nRequired Skills & Experience:\n• 3+ years’ experience in ERP implementation, business systems, or data + operations roles.\n• Strong proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and Excel, with working knowledge of Python.\n• Experience with Zoho or similar ERP/CRM ecosystems\n\nWhat Success Looks Like:\n• Fully integrated and AI-enabled operating system.\n• Minimal manual reporting.\n• Real-time visibility into business performance.\n• Scalable infrastructure for growth.
