Job Title : Sales Executive – Real Estate (Channel Partner)
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our Real Estate Channel Partner team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating and nurturing leads, arranging client meetings, assisting Team Leaders in achieving sales targets, and ensuring seamless coordination throughout the sales process.
The role requires excellent communication skills, strong follow-up abilities, and a customer-centric approach to drive property sales and contribute to the organization's growth.
Key Responsibilities :
Client Acquisition & Sales
* Conduct daily cold calling and follow-up calls on assigned leads to generate qualified prospects.
* Identify potential buyers and understand their property requirements.
* Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
* Present project details, pricing, payment plans, and investment opportunities to clients.
Client Meetings & Site Visits
* Schedule and coordinate client meetings, property presentations, and site visits.
* Attend client meetings independently or along with Team Leaders as required.
* Assist clients throughout the decision-making and booking process.
* Ensure a professional and positive client experience at every touchpoint.
Sales Coordination & Follow-Ups
* Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients to maximize conversions.
* Coordinate with Team Leaders and internal teams regarding client requirements and project updates.
* Track customer interactions and update CRM systems accurately.
* Ensure timely follow-up on inquiries, site visits, and booking opportunities.
Target Achievement Support
* Support Team Leaders in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Contribute towards team revenue goals through consistent lead generation and conversions.
* Participate in sales campaigns, promotional activities, and lead-generation initiatives.
* Provide regular updates on lead status, sales activities, and conversion progress.
Relationship Management
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage referrals and repeat business.
* Stay updated on project inventory, market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing.
* Represent the company professionally while maintaining high standards of customer service.
Desired Candidate Profile
* Graduate in any discipline.
* 1–3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales, preferably with a Channel Partner, Developer, or Brokerage Firm.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Experience in lead generation, cold calling, and client relationship management.
* Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools will be an added advantage.
* Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
