Reconciliation Executive – Forex / FintechKey Responsibilities

Perform daily reconciliation of client deposits and withdrawals between CRM, bank statements, and payment service providers (PSPs).
Reconcile merchant accounts, payment gateways, and banking transactions.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies, mismatches, missing transactions, and posting errors.
Monitor daily financial transactions and identify unusual or suspicious activities.
Prepare reconciliation reports and submit findings to management.
Coordinate with Finance, Operations, Compliance, and Support teams to resolve transaction-related issues.
Verify the accuracy of transaction records maintained within the CRM system.
Assist in identifying CRM or operational process gaps affecting financial reporting.
Maintain accurate records and supporting documentation for audits and internal reviews.
Support month-end and year-end financial reconciliation activities.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in reconciliation, finance operations, banking operations, fintech, payments, forex, or brokerage industry.
Strong understanding of transaction reconciliation processes.
Experience working with Excel, Google Sheets, and financial reporting tools.
Ability to analyze large transaction datasets and identify discrepancies.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
Experience with CRM systems, payment gateways, PSPs, or banking operations will be an added advantage.
