Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Project Manager with 10–12 years of overall experience in managing end-to-end project delivery, stakeholder coordination, resource planning, and project governance. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to project management methodologies, customer communication, project tracking tools, and reporting mechanisms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and track project estimations through to completion within the defined SLA.
• Own and manage end-to-end project execution and delivery.
• Prepare project kick-off presentations and conduct project initiation activities.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct regular cadence calls internally and with customers/stakeholders.
• Track project progress and proactively identify risks, dependencies, and blockers.
• Maintain and manage project-wise risk registers and mitigation plans.
• Track and follow up on project-specific action items to closure.
• Prepare and share weekly/monthly project status reports and governance decks.
• Ensure all project artifacts and documents are maintained in the project repository.
• Manage stakeholder communication and expectation alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor resource utilization and ensure optimal allocation across projects.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of project management principles and delivery governance.
• Hands-on experience using Jira, Microsoft Project (preferred), or similar project management tools.
• Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, tracking, and resource management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Good analytical, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.

Mandatory Technical/Tool Skills

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Ability to create project plans, dashboards, trackers, status reports, and presentations effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Management, or related field.
• PMP / Prince2 / Agile certification is an added advantage.
