Your responsibilities:

  • Identifying and understanding clients’ recruitment and business needs
  • Driving the execution of our growth and sales strategy
  • Building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients and consultants
  • Creating and presenting tailored business proposals
  • Negotiating partnerships and commercial terms
  • Execution of sales plans



Our reqiurements:

  • Ideally 3-5 years experience in a sales role, preferably in consulting or IT recruitment
  • Experience in working with enterprise clients, also international ones
  • Good command of English (minimum B2/C1 level)
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Creativity and a dynamic, proactive approach to work
