Zonal Ecommerce Sales Head

Client Relationship Management\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.\nAct as a consultant to clients by offering optimized logistics solutions.\nEnhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer experience for clients.\n4. Market Intelligence & Strategy\nTrack market trends, competition, and evolving ecommerce needs.\nAnalyze sales data to identify opportunities and challenges.\nCollaborate with marketing and product teams on targeted campaigns.\n5. Internal Collaboration\nMonitor and report key sales metrics and KPIs.\nTrack sales pipeline and campaign performance regularly.\nAdjust strategies based on performance insights.\nDevelop quarterly and annual sales forecasts.\n6.
Reporting & Forecasting\nMaintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.\nPrepare regular performance, forecasting, and market insight reports.\nEnsure timely and compliant sales reporting.\n7. Training & Development\nLead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals.\nProvide guidance, training, and performance support.\nConduct appraisals and set performance targets.\n\nQualifications & Skills:\n\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field (MBA preferred).\n5–7 years of ecommerce sales experience, with 2–3 years in a leadership role.\nProven track record of achieving sales targets in ecommerce/logistics.\nStrong understanding of ecommerce, supply chain, and logistics operations.\nExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.\nStrong analytical and forecasting capabilities.\nAbility to multitask and work independently.\nProficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
