Chief Engineer

• Hiring a Chief Engineer for our upcoming hotel Gateway Kandla, Gandhidham.
• Adhere to IHCL SOPs and multiple property specific brand standards as per latest guidelines.
• Work in Tandem to ensure all Renovation and Hotel routine Capex is approved and executed as per Schedule.
• Ensuring preventative/predictive maintenance programs for all the properties /equipment is in place and adhered to .
• Hotel Upkeep – Guest rooms/Public areas /BOH PM, any recurring complaints to be noted and making of action plan
• Ensuring all Equipment’s are running and well maintained with Zero breakdown Hours. This is an essential KPI

Minimum Requirement

• BE /B.Tech – Electrical /Mechanic
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Hotel Engineering
