Location: Banashankari, Bengaluru

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Speech/Language Pathologist to join our team and work with children requiring speech, language, and communication support.


Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in children
  • Evaluate articulation, fluency, voice, and receptive & expressive language skills
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on developmental needs
  • Provide speech and language therapy using evidence-based practices
  • Address feeding and swallowing difficulties, where applicable
  • Support children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, developmental delays, and learning disabilities
  • Implement AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) systems for non-verbal or minimally verbal children
  • Collaborate with parents, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Educate caregivers on home-based communication strategies
  • Monitor progress and modify therapy goals as required
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress reports
  • Participate in early intervention and school-based programs


Who Can Apply:


  • Bachelors degree in Speech-Language Pathology (BASLP/MASLP) clinical certification preferred
  • Licensed or eligible for licensing as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Passion for working with children with Autism and special educational needs
