The ideal candidate will be responsible for editing and enhancing a variety of video content, from brand films and digital campaigns to social-first assets while creating motion graphics that elevate the overall narrative. This role combines technical editing expertise with creative motion design to deliver visually compelling content across formats and platfor ms.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nEditing & Post-Production\nEdit brand films, digital ads, social media videos, and promotional content as per creative briefs and brand guidelines.\nCraft compelling visual narratives through editing, music, pacing, and storytelling.\nIntegrate music, voiceovers, sound effects, and sound design to enhance content quality.\nEnsure all deliverables meet platform-specific requirements (Instagram, YouTube, OTT, etc.).\n\nMotion Graphics & Design\nCreate and animate motion graphics, typography, transitions, and infographics using Adobe After Effects.\nDesign logo animations, intros, lower-thirds, and branded visual assets.\nIncorporate 2D animation and basic 3D elements where required.\nMaintain consistency in visual style, color, and branding across projects.\n\nCollaboration & Workflow\nWork closely with creative directors, producers, and designers to execute concepts effectively.\nInterpret creative briefs and apply strong visual storytelling principles.\nIncorporate feedback efficiently while maintaining quality standards.\nManage project timelines and maintain organized project files and assets.\n\nCreative Contribution\nContribute ideas during brainstorming and creative discussions.\nStay updated with industry trends, editing styles, and emerging motion design techniques.\nSupport the team in developing innovative content for brands and digital campaigns.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience\n\nExperience\n2–5 years of experience as a Video Editor and/or Motion Graphics Artist.\nExperience in agencies, production houses, content studios, or digital-first brands is preferred.\n\nTechnical Skills\nAdvanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.\nWorking knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Audition.\nFamiliarity with DaVinci Resolve for color correction is a plus.\nStrong understanding of editing rhythm, storytelling, typography, sound, and visual design.\nExperience creating content for social media, digital campaigns, and branded content.\n\nPreferred Background\nExperience working on fashion, lifestyle, beauty, entertainment, or digital-first brands.\nStrong creative eye for composition, transitions, and motion design.\nAbility to optimize content for different aspect ratios and platforms.\nA strong portfolio/showreel showcasing editing and motion graphics work.
