AI-Led Demand Generation Manager

Role Overview\nDenave is looking for Growth Marketing Manager/ AI-led GTM Manager to build and optimize AI-led automated demand generation programs, AI-powered workflows, and lead nurturing campaigns.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nAI-Powered Demand Generation/ABM Strategy\nBuild and execute AI-enabled ABM programs targeting strategic accounts.\nOwn end-to-end lead generation strategy to drive qualified MQLs, SQLs and pipeline growth.\nLeverage AI tools to optimize audience targeting, segmentation, content personalization, and campaign performance.\nCreate scalable inbound, outbound, ABM, and partner-led demand generation programs.\n\nMarketing Automation & Workflow Orchestration\nDevelop personalized account journeys based on industry, buying stage, and engagement behavior.\nDesign and manage advanced automation workflows using n8n and other AI-powered platforms while creating automated email sequences and engagement journeys.\nDevelop AI-powered lead nurturing journeys based on behavioral and intent signals.\nAutomate lead routing, qualification, scoring, enrichment, and lifecycle management processes.\nWork closely with SDR and Sales teams to improve lead acceptance rates and opportunity conversion\n\nPreferred Background\nMBA in Marketing preferred.\nHands-on experience integrating LLMs (e.g., Claude / GPT) for use cases such as ICP mapping, account intelligence, and outreach generation .\nExperience with AI-driven marketing automation and workflow orchestration.\nExperience in B2B / SaaS / Tech marketing, especially in growth or demand generation roles.\nStrong understanding of lead generation, ABM, and funnel management (MQL → SQL → pipeline).\nExperience designing AI-driven multi-agent GTM workflows using tools like n8n, Zapier, or similar automation platforms ..\nAbility to run email marketing, lead nurturing, and campaign workflows end-to-end.\nWorking knowledge of AI tools in marketing for segmentation, personalization, and optimization.
