POSITION SUMMARY

Position Overview:

The Compensation & Benefits Sr. Associate is responsible for implementing, configuring, and managing Compensation and Benefits modules within Oracle Fusion HCM.

This role ensures accurate setup and maintenance of employee compensation structures and benefits programs, aligning with business strategy, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies. The associate plays a critical role in delivering high-quality managed services support, enhancements, and continuous improvements across Oracle HCM Compensation and Benefits processes.

Compensation Management:

  • End-to-end implementation and support of Oracle Fusion Compensation module.
  • Configure:
  • Compensation plans, salary components, bonus structures, and incentive plans
  • Eligibility profiles, approval workflows, and compensation cycles
  • Support compensation cycles:
  • Merit increases
  • Bonus payouts
  • Promotion and adjustment processes
  • Manage and configure:
  • Compensation worksheets and budgets
  • Guidelines and validation rules
  • Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to translate compensation strategies into system configurations.
  • Ensure alignment with organizational compensation policies and market benchmarks.
  • Ability to understand U.S. and global compensation structures and practices.

Benefits Management:

  • Design and configure benefit plans, program types, options, and eligibility profiles.
  • Configure:
  • Rates, coverage, and life event processing
  • Dependent and beneficiary setups
  • Support:
  • Open Enrollment processes
  • Mid-year changes and qualifying life events
  • Manage end-to-end benefits administration and enrollment workflows.
  • Ensure compliance with regional regulations and organizational policies.
  • Support integration between Benefits, Payroll, and Core HR modules.
  • Ability to understand U.S. and global benefits plans and compliance requirements.

Qualifications and Skills:

Must-Have Skills (Hands-on AMS Support Experience):

  • Proven expertise in handling:
  • Incidents, Service Requests, Enhancements, and Configuration changes
  • Strong experience in:
  • Compensation Management (end-to-end lifecycle implementation & support)
  • Benefits Management (end-to-end lifecycle implementation & support)
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Compensation cycles, salary planning, and incentive programs
  • Benefits lifecycle, enrollment, eligibility, and compliance
  • Ability to troubleshoot post-go-live issues and provide production support
  • Experience handling year-end processes and compensation review cycles
  • Ability to work as an individual contributor with minimal supervision
  • Strong understanding of integration with:
  • Payroll, Core HR, Absence, and Talent modules
  • Ability to understand and configure Fast Formulas (compensation & benefits related)
