The SAP Service Cloud Consultant is responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP C/4HANA Service Cloud solutions . The role focuses on delivering customer service processes, integrating SAP systems, and enhancing customer experience in digital transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and configure SAP Service Cloud (C/4HANA) solutions
• Gather and analyze business requirements related to customer service processes
• Design and optimize service workflows , ticketing, and case management
• Configure:
• Service request and ticket management
• SLA management
• Knowledge base and customer interactions
• Integrate SAP Service Cloud with:
• SAP S/4HANA
• SAP CRM / ECC
• Third-party systems
• Work on middleware integration (CPI / SAP Integration Suite)
• Support end-to-end implementation lifecycle (Design → Build → Test → Deploy → Support)
• Conduct user training, UAT support, and documentation
• Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and TCS delivery standards
