Dear Connections,\n\nACL Digital is hiring for Senior Software Engineer/Lead Role for Bangalore and Chennai Location.\n\nJob Title: Senior Software Engineer – Networking (L3 Protocols)\nExperience: 7+ Years\nWork Location: Chennai / Bangalore\nJob Summary:\nWe are looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with strong expertise in Layer 3 networking protocols and system-level programming. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing and developing routing protocols, Segment Routing, and MPLS technologies, along with solid C/C++ programming skills in a Linux environment.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDesign, develop, and enhance Layer 3 networking protocols such as IS-IS, OSPF, and BGP.\nWork on Segment Routing technologies including SR-MPLS, OSPF-SR, IS-IS SR, TI-LFA, BFD, and QoS.\nContribute to development and optimization of MPLS-based solutions (LDP, RSVP, BGP LU).\nImplement and support L2/L3 services over Segment Routing/MPLS (L2VPN, L3VPN, EVPN).\nDevelop features related to IPv4/IPv6, routing policies, access control lists, and route maps.\nCollaborate on forwarding plane software development and integration (preferably with Broadcom SDK – Jericho+ chipset).\nDebug and troubleshoot complex networking and system-level issues.\nWork in a multi-threaded Linux environment, ensuring high performance and scalability.\nUse debugging and performance analysis tools like GDB, Valgrind, and GCov.\nRequired Skills & Qualifications:\n7+ years of experience in design and development of Layer 3 networking protocols (IS-IS, OSPF, BGP).\nStrong hands-on experience in C/C++ programming and debugging.\nExperience working in Linux-based systems with multi-threading.\nSolid understanding of IPv4/IPv6 networking, routing policies, ACLs, and route maps.\nFamiliarity with networking tools for debugging and performance analysis.\nPreferred Skills:\nHands-on experience with Segment Routing (SR-MPLS, OSPF-SR, IS-IS SR, TI-LFA, BFD, QoS).\nExperience with MPLS protocols such as LDP, RSVP, and BGP LU.\nKnowledge of L2VPN, L3VPN, and EVPN services.\nExposure to Segment Routing in IPv6 data plane.\nExperience with forwarding plane development and Broadcom SDK (Jericho+ chipset)\n\nInterested candidate's can share their resume to .\n\nThanks & Regards\nAmit Kumar
