Job Summary

We are looking for a Credentialing Specialist with 1–4 years of experience to support our US credentialing processes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in U.S. credentialing, strong English communication skills, and the ability to effectively coordinate with internal teams based in the United States. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Review, verify, and maintain candidate credentialing documents in accordance with U.S. healthcare standards and requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal U.S.-based teams to facilitate recruitment, credentialing, and onboarding activities.
  • Track and manage documentation to ensure timely completion and compliance.
  • Communicate with candidates and internal stakeholders regarding document requirements and status updates.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity across recruitment and credentialing systems.
  • Support the recruitment team with administrative and coordination tasks as required.


Required Qualifications:

  • 1–4 years of experience in credentialing, or a related role.
  • Experience in U.S. credentialing, including reviewing and validating professional documents and certifications.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with U.S. healthcare staffing, or credentialing processes.
  • Experience working with U.S.-based clients or internal teams.
