Roles: 

1. Business Operations Management

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Surat chapter/platform.
• Ensure smooth execution of networking events, meetings, and member engagement activities.

2. Revenue Generation & Growth

• Drive membership growth and revenue generation.
• Develop strategies to increase member acquisition, retention, and sponsorship opportunities.

3. Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, CXOs, entrepreneurs, and corporate leaders.
• Act as the face of the organization in the local business community.

4. Strategic Partnerships

• Identify and develop partnerships with corporates, industry associations, and business communities.
• Expand the platform’s reach and influence.

5. Team Leadership

• Lead and mentor internal teams.
• Ensure alignment of operational activities with business objectives.

6. Event & Community Development

• Oversee networking events, business forums, leadership sessions, and member engagement programs.
• Enhance member experience and platform value.

7. Performance Monitoring

• Track business performance, membership growth, revenue targets, and engagement metrics.
• Present regular reports and strategic recommendations to management.

Qualification: 

• Graduate in any discipline
• MBA preferred
• Strong corporate exposure is more important than academic qualifications
