Experience: 

Minimum 4 Years

• Amazon Vendor Central
• Myntra Marketplace & vendor central
• Shopify Store Management
• Fashion/Apparel E-commerce
• Marketplace Operations

Salary Range: 35k to 40k

Roles: 

1. Marketplace Management

• Manage and optimize sales across Amazon Vendor Central, Myntra, and other online marketplaces.
• Monitor marketplace performance and identify growth opportunities.

2. Shopify Store Management

• Oversee operations and performance of the company’s Shopify website.
• Ensure smooth customer experience and website functionality.

3. Sales Growth & Revenue Generation

• Drive online sales growth through strategic planning and execution.
• Monitor KPIs, conversion rates, and marketplace performance metrics.

4. Product Listing & Catalog Management

• Manage product listings, descriptions, images, pricing, and catalog updates.
• Ensure product visibility and listing accuracy across platforms.

5. Inventory & Order Management

• Coordinate inventory planning and stock availability.
• Monitor order processing and fulfillment activities.

6. Reporting & Data Analysis

• Prepare sales reports, marketplace reports, and MIS using Excel.
• Analyze data to improve sales performance and operational efficiency.

7. Founder Collaboration

• Work directly with the founders to scale the e-commerce business.
• Contribute ideas for marketplace expansion and brand growth.

Qualification: 

• Graduate in any discipline
• BBA / MBA (Marketing, E-commerce, Digital Business) preferred
• E-commerce certifications will be an added advantage
