Role Overview

• Position: Finance Executive
• Location: Noida, UP. (ON-SITE)
• Shift timing: 6:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST (US Shift)

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Preferred experience: 1-2 years minimum in payroll/Accounts.
• Experience in US payroll is strongly preferred; however, candidates with strong experience may also be considered.
• Strong working knowledge of advanced Excel, especially formulas, reporting, and data analysis.
• Ability to prepare and reconcile payroll-related reports, including contractual margin reporting and other monthly reconciliations.
• Comfortable handling payroll queries, complaints, and discrepancy resolution with employees/nurses.
• Strong communication skills and confidence in explaining payroll calculations and wage-related queries.
• Candidates should be able to work with supervision initially and transition quickly into the role.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll activities for a high-volume environment.
• Handle the onboarding process
• Need to look for the payroll tasks
• Perform payroll adjustments and payroll reconciliation.
• Reviewing the bills and invoices.

Operational Details

• Payroll cycle: Weekly
• No domestic payroll experience is required for this role.
• Medical insurance will be provided as per the standard policy.
• Cab facility is available for Pick & Drop off
