Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML & GenAI Developer to design and develop advanced machine learning models and Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong programming skills and hands-on experience in AI/ML frameworks and model development.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML and Generative AI solutions for business use cases
• Build scalable machine learning models using structured and unstructured data
• Work on end-to-end ML lifecycle including data preprocessing, model training, validation, and deployment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into AI solutions
• Optimize model performance and improve accuracy using advanced techniques
• Experiment with cutting-edge GenAI technologies and frameworks
• Develop APIs and services to integrate ML models into applications
• Participate in code reviews, model reviews, and technical discussions

Required Skills & Experience

• 6–8 years of experience in AI/ML development or related field
• Strong programming skills in Python and Core Java
• Hands-on experience with ML/DL frameworks:
  • TensorFlow
  • Keras
  • Scikit-learn
  • XGBoost
  • MXNet
  • H2O.ai
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling
• Experience in building and deploying production-grade ML models
• Knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model tuning

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Generative AI (LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings, etc.)
• Experience working in cloud environments (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Familiarity with big data tools and distributed computing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
