Job Responsibilities

PURPOSE: This role will focus on bridging the gap between raw workforce data and strategic talent management by designing, building, and deploying interactive, secure business intelligence dashboards.

  • Dashboard Design & Development - Build, automate and scale secure, high performance Power BI dashboards mapping critical employee lifecycles.
  • HR Metrics Visualization - Create dynamic reports tracking key workforce KPIs such as headcount evolution, turnover, time to hire, diversity& inclusion, internal mobility and training ROI.
  • Data Modeling and Architecture - Design optimized Star Schema data models, configure incremental refreshes, and establish reusable semantic data layers inside the Power BI service.
  • Advanced Querying - Write efficient, complex Data Analysis Expressions (DAX) and Power Query (M) scripts for custom measures, data filters, and calculated columns.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Minimum 6 years' experience purely dedicated to Power BI dashboard development and data modeling.
  • Proven experience working with SuccessFactors OData APIs, SAP integration tools or Azure based data lakes.
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, Power Query, and DAX
  • Proficient in SQL, ETL, and data modeling.
  • Demonstrable understanding of standard HR terminology, data privacy principles and human capital metrics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated willingness to work in a shared services environment with 60% alignment to U.S. time zones (EST or CST).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300)
  • Experience working with Microsoft Fabric or Azure environments to build enterprise HR data pipelines.
