Senior Presentation Designer
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Presentation Designer based in India.
This role offers the opportunity to shape high-impact visual storytelling across internal communications, executive presentations, and strategic business narratives in a fast-paced, creative environment. You will be responsible for transforming complex information into clear, compelling, and visually engaging presentation materials that support decision-making and communication across multiple audiences. The position blends advanced design expertise with storytelling and data visualization, ensuring content is both aesthetically strong and strategically effective. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, communications, and leadership stakeholders to deliver high-quality outputs under tight deadlines. With a strong focus on consistency, creativity, and brand alignment, you will also contribute to building reusable design assets and presentation systems. This is a highly creative, detail-oriented role where design directly influences how ideas are understood and acted upon.
Accountabilities:
- Design high-impact presentations for internal communications, executive updates, product launches, and sales enablement
- Transform complex data and information into clear, visually engaging, and structured storytelling narratives
- Develop and maintain reusable presentation templates, design systems, and visual assets aligned with brand guidelines
- Create charts, infographics, icons, and motion-enhanced slides to improve clarity and audience engagement
- Apply strong design principles including typography, color theory, layout, and animation to deliver polished outputs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand content needs and translate them into compelling visual presentations
- Ensure consistency, quality, and accuracy across all presentation materials delivered under tight deadlines
- Stay updated on presentation trends, tools, and AI-enabled design capabilities to continuously improve output quality
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in presentation design, visual communication, or related creative roles
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality presentation design, storytelling, and art direction
- Expert-level proficiency in PowerPoint and strong knowledge of presentation software tools
- Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign or equivalent tools)
- Experience in data visualization, information design, and translating complex content into visual narratives
- Ability to present and justify creative concepts to stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Experience working with creative briefs, strategic brainstorming, and end-to-end design execution
- Familiarity with GenAI tools and their application in creative and design workflows
