About the role
Are you a visionary technologist with a passion for designing cutting-edge IT solutions in the Telco ecosystem? We are looking for a Senior IT Solution Architect to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our digital infrastructure.
In this high-impact position, you will bridge the gap between business ambitions and technical excellence - driving innovation, ensuring architectural integrity, and delivering scalable, future-proof solutions.What You'll Do
Architecture & Design
- Translate business needs into technical masterpieces - collaborate with product management to deeply understand use cases and requirements, then craft and present compelling technical solutions
- Design state-of-the-art solutions leveraging the latest industry standards, frameworks, and best practices
- Define end-to-end system architectures through reference models, frameworks, and use cases that clearly describe system behavior and solution impact
- Ensure feasibility, operability, and scalability by proactively identifying and resolving technical challenges before they become roadblocks
Delivery & Quality
- Own the design lifecycle - from high-level architecture through detailed design documentation, ensuring consistency and integrity at every stage
- Lead comprehensive design reviews and quality assessments to guarantee that solutions meet the highest standards
- Continuously improve by capitalizing on feedback and integrating best practices into future projects
Collaboration & Leadership
- Act as a technical leader across cross-functional teams, aligning stakeholders around a shared architectural vision
- Foster collaboration with team members, partners, and stakeholders across multicultural, distributed environments
- Champion a customer-first mindset, ensuring every solution delivers real business value
About you
What You'll Bring
Experience
- 10+ years of IT experience, including at least 5 years in IT Solution Design & Implementation
- Proven track record in the Telco IT ecosystem, with deep expertise in both BSS and OSS domains & TMForum Open Digital Architecture
Technical Skills
Skills & Technologies
- Frameworks & Standards: TOGAF, TAM, eTOM, TMF, Open Digital Architecture, MEF, CAMARA
- Telco BSS :CPQ, Configure-Order-Management (COM), CRM
- Telco OSS :Service Order Management (SOM), Resource Order Management (ROM), Service Management, Observability & Monitoring
- System Integration: Conga, Tech Mahindra, or equivalent SI platforms
- Cloud & Infrastructure :Kubernetes, cluster management, cloud environments, virtualization
- API & Microservices :Microservice architecture, API design, API gateways, API exposition
- DevOps & Automation :CI/CD pipelines, DevSecOps, DevOps tooling & automation
- Emerging Technologies :IoT, 5G, mobile technologies (a strong plus!)
