About the Role:
This high-impact, hybrid role bridges the technical acumen of a Senior Solution Consultant with the strategic execution of a Professional Services Consultant. You will serve as a trusted advisor, leveraging your expertise to drive meaningful customer engagements, architect tailored solutions, and ensure the flawless implementation of Wrike's platform. By blending pre-sales engineering with post-sales delivery, you will play a critical role in accelerating customer time-to-value, driving platform adoption, and fueling Wrike's organizational growth.
Your Impact:
- End-to-End Delivery: Drive the complete customer onboarding lifecycle, including Discovery, Design, Configuration, Rollout, and Adoption Monitoring.
- Pre-Sales & Scoping Support: Partner with the Sales team on complex scoping requirements, creating custom tailored demos and articulating the value of Wrike's professional services.
- Strategic Architecture: Lead technical discovery sessions, conduct workshops, and design API integrations to connect Wrike into existing customer software ecosystems.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the voice of the customer to influence the product roadmap; ensure smooth hand-offs between Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams.
- Project & Account Management: Manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously, tracking milestones in Wrike and Salesforce to achieve critical success metrics.
- Team Mentorship: Champion internal knowledge sharing and mentor junior members of the Wrike team to scale collective expertise.
Your Qualifications:
- Education & Experience: B.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience; 3+ years as a Sales/Solutions Engineer AND 5+ years in project management or consulting.
- Technical Acumen: Proven experience working with APIs for software integrations and automating complex workflows.
- Consultative Communication: Exceptional presentation and objection-handling skills, with a track record of effectively engaging everyone from technical teams to executive stakeholders.
- Process Mastery: Ability to quickly dissect a customer's complex business processes and map them to clear, goal-oriented Wrike implementations.
- Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of change management principles and thorough expertise in at least one key segment (e.g., PMO, Marketing/Creative, IT, or Professional Services).
- Execution & Ownership: Superior personal organization and a firm sense of accountability to juggle multiple competing priorities with poise under pressure.
Standout Qualities:
- An advanced degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent).
- Formal certifications in industry-standard project management methodologies (Agile, PMI, Lean, etc.).
- Prior experience driving impact within a fast-paced SaaS environment.
- Advanced capability to position Wrike seamlessly into highly complex, integrated enterprise ecosystems.
Team Dynamics:
You will join a collaborative, high-energy team of technical experts and strategic consultants. This role requires close, cross-functional partnership with Sales, Marketing, and Product Management to enhance Wrike's competitive edge. You will step into a culture that values mentorship, open feedback, and a "people-first" mindset, where you will be empowered to take full ownership of your work while supporting the growth of your peers.
Our Work Style:
We are problem solvers who thrive on curiosity and continuous learning. In this role, you will be deeply embedded in our own platform-using Wrike, Salesforce, and modern integration tools to manage your book of business. What sets this position apart from competitors is the true hybrid nature of the work: you aren't just selling the vision, and you aren't just implementing it-you are the strategic thread that connects a customer's initial pain point to their long-term digital transformation success.
