Salesforce Business Analyst
We are looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst with strong experience in Financial Services / Banking (preferably ClearBank or payments domain) and hands-on exposure to Salesforce (Financial Services Cloud, Sales & Service Cloud).
The role involves bridging business needs with technology solutions, driving requirements gathering, and ensuring successful delivery of Salesforce implementations aligned with banking and regulatory standards.

Functional Skills
- Strong Business Analysis experience in:
- Banking / Financial Services / Payments domain
- Deep understanding of:
- ClearBank or similar clearing/payment systems (highly preferred)
- KYC, AML, compliance processes
Salesforce Knowledge
- Working knowledge of:
- Financial Services Cloud (FSC)
- Sales Cloud & Service Cloud
- Understanding of Salesforce:
- Objects, workflows, flows, and reporting
- Ability to write effective user stories aligned with Salesforce capabilities
Tools & Methodologies
- Agile tools: Jira, Azure DevOps
- Documentation tools: Confluence, MS Visio, Lucidchart
- Knowledge of API integrations (conceptual level)
Certifications (Preferred)
- Salesforce Administrator
- Salesforce Business Analyst Certification
- Financial Services Cloud Accreditation
- CBAP / CCBA (optional)

Gather requirements from banking stakeholders, write user stories, map business processes to Salesforce capabilities
Business Analysis & Requirement Gathering
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Conduct workshops, stakeholder interviews, and requirement discovery sessions.
- Translate business needs into user stories, BRDs, and functional specifications.
2. Salesforce Solution Alignment
- Map business processes to Salesforce capabilities across:
- Financial Services Cloud (FSC)
- Sales Cloud & Service Cloud
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions.
- Support configuration design discussions and validate system feasibility.
3. Financial / Banking Domain Expertise
- Understand and document processes related to:
- Payments (Clearing, Settlement, Faster Payments, SEPA, SWIFT)
- Core banking operations
- Customer onboarding, KYC, AML compliance
- Ensure solutions align with regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks.
4. Agile Delivery & UAT Management
- Create and maintain product backlog and user stories with acceptance criteria.
- Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and Agile ceremonies.
- Lead UAT planning, execution, defect tracking, and sign-off processes.
5. Stakeholder Management
- Act as a liaison between business users, product owners, and technical teams.
- Provide regular updates, demos, and walkthroughs to stakeholders.
- Manage scope changes and ensure alignment with business goals.
6. Data & Integration Understanding
- Work with teams on:
- Data mapping and migration strategies
- Integration requirements with payment systems, banking platforms, and third-party services
- Understand APIs, middleware interactions (basic knowledge expected).
7. Documentation & Governance
- Maintain detailed documentation:
- BRD, FSD, Use Cases, Process Flows
- Ensure traceability between requirements, design, and implementation.
Support audit, compliance, and governance activities.
