Key Responsibilities & Skills
On ground experience as Salesforce BA delivering Salesforce implementation for BFSI customers, leveraging Salesforce Core Clouds and/or Financial Services focused solutions such as Financial Services Cloud.
Deep understanding of BFSI business processes and Salesforce solutions for BFSI.
Strong experience in conducting independent discovery workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements leveraging appropriate framework to elicit requirements holistically.
Map BFSI processes (e.g., Loan Origination, Policy Management, Wealth Management) to Salesforce capabilities.
Proficiency in Agile methodology, including running SCRUM ceremonies.
Excellent whiteboarding, diagramming, and documentation skills.
Hands on Experience in writing - Epics, detailed user stories independently, Functional Specifications, Business Requirement Document. Creating Business process diagrams on Visio/Lucid/any other industry known tools.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to own deliverables end-to-end and work independently.
Work with technical teams to ensure solutions are feasible and align with Salesforce best practices.
Develop test plans and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
Provide training to end-users on new Salesforce features and functionalities.
Stay updated on Salesforce releases and new features to recommend improvements.
