Database Solutions Architect - Elob
THE ROLE
As a Database Solutions Architect at Everpure, you will bridge the gap between cutting-edge flash storage innovation and real-world database performance. You are the architect of high-impact technical collateral, transforming complex data challenges into elegant, scalable reference architectures that empower our global customers to maximize their data potential. Collaborating across Engineering, Marketing, and Product teams, you will act as a technical visionary who ensures our storage solutions are perfectly tuned for the world's most demanding database workloads.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Architect & Validate Solutions: Lead the design and lab-based builds of end-to-end database solutions, integrating Everpure technologies with platforms like Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL to set the gold standard for industry performance.
Translate Technology to Value: Author high-quality technical white papers, reference architectures, and deployment guides that translate complex features into clear, tangible business outcomes for customers and partners.
Influence Product Strategy: Partner with Product Management to review Marketing Requirements Documents (MRD), providing the "voice of the expert" to shape future product roadmaps based on database trends and performance benchmarks.
Enable Global Field Teams: Create and deliver compelling technical presentations and demonstrations that equip our sales and channel partners to solve sophisticated architectural challenges for enterprise clients.
Drive Innovation via Automation: Develop and maintain benchmark kits and Proof of Concept (PoC) frameworks using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to streamline the demonstration of Everpure's technical superiority.
WHAT YOU BRING
Database Mastery: Expert-level knowledge in designing, optimizing, and managing enterprise databases (e.g., MySQL, Oracle, MS SQL, or PostgreSQL), with a deep understanding of clustering, sharding, and high-availability patterns.
Modern Infrastructure Fluency: Proficiency in Linux administration and modern deployment ecosystems, including virtualization (VMware), container orchestration (Kubernetes), and storage protocols (iSCSI, NVMe/TCP, or Object Storage).
Automation & Scripting Mindset: Ability to write and modify code in Python, Go, or Shell, coupled with hands-on experience using configuration management tools like Ansible or Terraform to automate complex environments.
Technical Artistry: Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to distill complex technical concepts into professional documentation and persuasive presentations for both technical and executive audiences.
Location: We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Bengaluru, India office in compliance with Pure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
